Matcha has become one of the most-loved drinks among young Malaysians, and at MyMakan Expo @ Sunway Pyramid it gets a street of its own. Matcha Street is the featured theme of this edition, running from 26–28 March 2027 at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre.
A small street with big flavour
Matcha Street brings together 6–10 hand-picked matcha cafés and brands. A small, curated line-up means every booth is worth a stop, and there is room to try them all in one visit.
Expo-only creations
Every brand on Matcha Street launches a MyMakan Exclusive, an item sold only at the expo. Expect new drinks, desserts and pastries you will not find in their cafés.
A Malaysian twist
In the Malaysian Matcha Challenge, brands create local twists such as pandan matcha, cendol matcha and teh tarik matcha. Visitors vote for their favourite in the MySapu app.
Taste more for less
The Matcha Tasting Flight lets you try several flavours on one ticket, and the Street Passport rewards you for visiting every booth on the street. Daily Matcha Hour brings timed deals and a whisking demo on stage.
