This notice is issued under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). It explains how Hey Day Sdn Bhd ("we") collects and uses personal data through mymakanexpo.my.

What we collect

Visitor registration: name, mobile number, email, interests and how you heard about us.
Booth enquiries: company or brand name, contact name, mobile number, email and product details.
Website usage data through cookies and analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Why we use it

To give you your free gift and updates about MyMakan Expo. Your mobile number is used to match your registration with your MySapu app account.
To reply to booth enquiries and send prices, floor plans and booking details.
To tell you about future Hey Day events (MyMakan, MyHome, MyBeauty), if you agree.
To measure and improve our website and advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the event and website (for example Google, our hosting provider and the MySapu app), and with authorities when the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it.

Your choices
